I definitely think it's normal to wake up feeling sad. I sometimes do the same. And I often can't figure out what exactly is causing me to feel like that.
Be nice to yourself. Sometimes hanging out with a good friend, seeing a movie, or going for a walk can help you feel a bit better.
If it continues, then it's probably a good idea to get some help.
I wake up like that a lot. I think it has to do with dreams, if I have had a night of stressful dreams, sometimes I wake up feeling sad, or tired. It happens more when I am going through
stressful times.
I think what you are going through is common, but you should definitely talk to your doctor and hash out what is causing these feelings.
Sometimes people are battling depression and don't even know it. Serotonin Levels get low and you have no control over it. Even after a happy event you can you soemtimes just be drained and
have ow levels of serotonin. It can come in waves - so some morning (days) seem worse then others. Very common!

and that doesn't work either. Now i just have another obsticle to overcome. But mind you i like to take care of people and it helps to have him to come home to take care of. So i don't have
to think about how it was when i was with the other guy.
